What we keep, and why.
Soulo is not open yet. Before it opens, we document the first founders who tell us their story. This page says what that involves.
What we collect
- Your name and email address.
- Your X handle, if you give one.
- What you built: product names, links, when they went live, and the story you write.
- A cover photo of your product, and a photo, avatar or logo for your card, if you add them.
The photo, avatar or logo you choose for your card is uploaded and stored with your story, so it can appear on your card and your page when Soulo opens.
Why
To document founders before launch, to create your Soulo identity when it opens, and to send you one email on that day so you can claim it. We only publish your story if you ticked the box that says we may.
Where it’s stored
On Cloudflare, which runs this site and stores what you send. Cloudflare may process it outside the UK under its standard data protection terms.
Counting visits
We count visits and which steps people reach, without cookies and without storing your IP address. This uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and our own anonymous counter.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data, and there is no ad tracking or third-party analytics on this site.
Deleting your data
Email [email protected] from the address you used and we’ll delete everything you sent. You can also ask what we hold about you.
